Partner arrangements are not entered into lightly and typically are more service than product orientated.  Opportunities are assessed against a number of parameters including but not limited to:-

-  Fit to PHAROS strategic plan

-  Competitive assessment of service including:-

  • Price Positioning
  • Service Capability
  • Service Delivery
  • Uniqueness of Offering
  • Competencies of the people within the business or the potential to attract competent people

-  Commercial opportunity that the service represents

Where businesses or opportunities to create businesses meet the above criteria, Due Diligence is subsequently  carried out.  Whilst every opportunity may be different, the process undertaken is generally the same and can take any between 6 to 18 months.
