ACCORDANCE

Accordance is a provider of Financial Service compliance systems, processes and people that can either be accessed as a complete outsourcing solution, or as a selective solution to fill specific gaps that Australian Financial Services Licensees (AFSL's) or Responsible Entities (RE's) may have.

Accordance utilises the CoMetrix system which is built around a CRM core, with several specialist nodes:

CRM System is underpinned by a database that stores and manages a fully integrated set of objects that include companies, people, documents, workflows, activities, competencies and financial metrics.

Financial Reporting uses a hierarchical system that can report on any metric or financial ratio across a group of businesses, a specific businesses, a division, category etc.

Compliance Audits incorporates dealer tailored templates that are checklist based but which draw from a library of terms, definitions etc. to enable online auditing, speedy face-to-face audits and interactivity between auditor and subject.

SOA Compiler & Library incorporates a documentation generation system that uses predictive text to draw from a suite of templates and content options to create a modifiable SOA.

APL Management & Tracking utilises a database library to record product inclusions, exclusions, ratings etc. which in turn are used to form APL's. These can be integrated into Dealer websites, can be integrated with Research House databases in order to record applicable product/stock research ratings and can be integrated into SOA's in order to manage what is being recommended.

Training, Accreditation & CPD Tracking the system can be integrated into Registered Training Organisations (RTO's) records for tracking of Authorised Rep course completions; and can be used to allow/prohibit product/stock recommendations based on AR training/accreditation standing.
